Now, more than ever, our front line and mid-career leaders need a broad knowledge of the practical business acumen skills that will expand their leadership capacity just in time with when you need them most – to step UP and step IN – to your executive pipeline.

Our EDGE Mentoring Experience, (powered by PEER technology® ) provides participants with the opportunity to network and learn best practices not from outside “experts” or consultants, but from their real peers and industry executives. Align offers the EDGE Experience both externally – where organizations can sponsor high-potential leaders to participate with peers across companies and industries, and internally – where you can fill a complete cohort of leaders inside your organization in a custom EDGE Experience.

Both experiences offer practical instruction in leadership development that delivers immediate impact and workplace application.

The EDGE Mentoring Experience with PEER Technology® is an innovative virtual and in-person experience that brings value to your front-line leadership pipeline. Throughout the year-long personal and professional development program, cohort members reflect on and apply leadership competencies and flex their ability to build and leverage strategic networks, and also learn how to exert greater influence over their choices– navigating both complex relationships and outdated internal mindsets. Benchmarked with Fortune 500 companies, EDGE is not an “out of the box” leadership program but a living experience that is tailored to the needs of each cohort.


External Cohort

EDGE Women is the first women’s mentoring experience of its kind targeting mid-career professionals. Our EDGE Mentoring Experience (powered by PEER technology®) provides participants with the opportunity to network and learn from a diverse group of mid-career women leaders who represent a cadre of organizations and industries. The monthly agendas are co-created by the cohort participants themselves, ensuring that the leadership development content is exactly what they need – exactly in time– to advance their career.

  • Creating a virtual vehicle for knowledge transfer across industries
  • Strengthening peer-to-peer connections and creating an actionable external network
  • Providing opportunities to develop and practice strategic and critical thinking skills

Focused Cohort

A Focused EDGE Mentoring Cohort is a concentrated group of people within your organization who share a particular demographic trait (e.g. gender, ethnicity) or time span (e.g. new-hire, Millennial/Gen-Y, High-Potential). Align coaches engage our PEER Technology® process with these cohorts (typically 15-24 people) who have common developmental needs and challenges, combining skills training, coaching and leadership development. We reimagine on-the-job training and mentoring for the 21st Century!

EDGE Women’s Cohort

A Women’s Mentoring Cohort addresses the last two decades of female college grads entering the workforce in all types of professions. Align’s Peer Technology® leverages three of the five recognized best practices to create a sustainable female leadership development pipeline: networking, formal leadership programs and mentoring. The EDGE Cohort Experience will effectively connect your executives to your mid-career talent and your mid-career talent to your millennial women. In the process we welcome men into the gender conversation in a way that is comfortable and inclusive.


EDGE Team Cohort

An EDGE Team Mentoring Cohort is an intact team of people within your organization who share a particular mission or specialty. Align coaches leverage our PEER technology® and WE Technology™ process with these cohorts (typically 6-40 people) who have common developmental needs and challenges, combining skills training, coaching and leadership development. We reimagine team-building for the 21st Century!

Impact Survey

We conduct customized Behavioral Impact Surveys for your organization on our services, including but not limited to the following:

  • Pre-program survey and report providing benchmark measures
  • Mid-point survey and analytics report
  • Post- program survey and analytics report measuring return on expectations (ROE)

Follow-up surveys to measure application and longevity of learning:
