Hobbies & Societal Contributions

Diana has always had a passion for service and volunteer work. (To her parents’ chagrin, her first “job” out of college was as a volunteer English teacher in the public-school system in Costa Rica.)  She has worked and volunteered with nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) in many other countries, including Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Nepal; and continues to run a scholarship program for disadvantaged high school students in Costa Rica.  She is presently volunteering closer to home, as a community volunteer serving elderly neighbors with A Little Help.
